apkox Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the apkox website at apkox.org, including all casino, sportsbook, live dealer, slot, and account management functions accessible thereunder.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who has registered an account on the apkox platform or who accesses the platform with the intention of registering an account.
• "Account" means a registered player account on the apkox platform, containing a PKR wallet, transaction history, bonus balance, and account settings.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a player into their apkox PKR wallet that are available for wagering and withdrawal, excluding any bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a player's account under specific bonus terms that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total wagering turnover a player must complete before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Verification" means the Know Your Customer (KYC) process by which apkox confirms a player's identity, age, and payment method ownership.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which accessing or using the apkox platform is restricted under applicable international gaming standards or local law.

By accessing the apkox platform, completing the account registration process, or making a deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the apkox Privacy Policy and any specific product terms applicable to the games or betting products you use.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all players regardless of the device used to access the platform — including mobile handsets, tablets, and desktop computers — and regardless of the network through which access is obtained, including Jazz, Zong, Telenor, Ufone, and broadband internet connections.

To access real-money gaming and betting products on the apkox platform, you must complete the account registration process. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a valid email address, and your date of birth.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active apkox account. The opening of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. apkox reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances held within them.

• All information provided during registration must be truthful and accurate. apkox is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the player.
• Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party.
• apkox reserves the right to refuse account registration or to close an existing account at its discretion, including where it suspects the player has provided false information or is acting in breach of these terms.
• Players resident in or accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction are not eligible to register an account and must not attempt to do so.

Access to all apkox gaming and betting products is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years or older. This age restriction is absolute and non-negotiable. By registering an account on the apkox platform, you declare and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age.

apkox operates a mandatory age verification process as part of the account verification procedure. You will be required to submit documentation confirming your date of birth — including a copy of your CNIC or other government-issued identity document — before your first withdrawal is processed and, in certain cases, before access to real-money gaming is granted.

If you are aware that a minor is using or attempting to use the apkox platform, you must notify apkox immediately via the support channel. apkox provides guidance on parental controls and filtering software to assist adults in preventing minors from accessing online gaming content.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your apkox account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes sent to your registered Pakistani mobile number. All activity conducted through your account while using your credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you.

You must notify apkox support immediately if you believe your account credentials have been compromised or if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. apkox is not liable for any losses incurred prior to receipt of such notification where the loss arose from a failure by you to maintain credential security.

• You must not use another player's account under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any third party to access or operate your apkox account on your behalf.
• apkox may temporarily lock your account as a security precaution if it detects unusual login activity, IP address changes, or behaviour inconsistent with your established account usage pattern.
• Two-factor SMS authentication via your registered Pakistani mobile number is available and strongly recommended for all apkox accounts.

apkox accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Cash OTC. The minimum deposit amount is Rs200. Deposits are credited to your PKR wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the verified payment method used for the player's original or most recent deposit. apkox does not process withdrawals to payment accounts not associated with the account holder's verified identity. The minimum withdrawal amount and any applicable processing time frames are displayed in the apkox cashier section.

• apkox does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — apkox is not responsible for third-party fees.
• apkox reserves the right to request additional source-of-funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawals as part of its anti-money laundering compliance procedures.
• Deposits made by credit or debit card in currencies other than PKR will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. apkox is not responsible for any conversion spread applied by the player's card issuer.
• Chargebacks initiated by a player against a legitimate apkox deposit constitute a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension and pursuit of the outstanding amount through all available means.

apkox offers various promotional bonuses to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and sportsbook promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions displayed in the apkox bonus centre at the time the bonus is offered and claimed. In the event of any conflict between specific bonus terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

Unless specifically stated otherwise in the individual bonus terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all apkox promotional offers:

• Bonuses are credited to the Bonus Funds balance and are separate from the Real Money Balance. Wagering requirements must be completed on Bonus Funds before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount unless stated otherwise. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means the full bonus amount must be wagered thirty times in eligible games before withdrawal is permitted.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and certain slot titles may contribute at a reduced rate or may be excluded entirely. Game contribution rates are published in the bonus centre.
• Bonuses have an expiry period from the date of award. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements at the expiry date are forfeited automatically.
• apkox reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or void bonuses it reasonably believes have been claimed in bad faith or in circumvention of these terms.
• Players may only claim each specific apkox promotion once unless the bonus terms explicitly state it is a recurring or daily promotion.

All slot and random number generator (RNG) casino games available on the apkox platform use independently certified random number generator systems. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are based on independent laboratory testing and are accurate representations of long-run theoretical return rates. Short-term individual session results may deviate significantly from published RTP figures, which represent statistical averages across millions of game rounds.

Live dealer casino games on the apkox platform are provided by internationally recognised live casino studio operators including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. These studios operate under their own gaming certifications. The integrity of live dealer game outcomes is governed by the studio operator's certified dealing procedures and is not subject to modification by apkox.

• apkox does not operate any proprietary in-house RNG systems for real-money casino games. All RNG content is supplied by certified third-party game studios.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a casino game round, the affected round will be declared void and the wagered amount will be returned to the player's PKR wallet.
• apkox is not responsible for internet connectivity issues on the player's side that result in a disconnection during a game round. Where game server logs confirm a completed round prior to disconnection, the recorded outcome stands.

The apkox sportsbook covers cricket (including PSL, international Test matches, T20Is, and ODIs), football, UFC, kabaddi, and other sports markets. All sports bets are subject to the specific sports betting rules applicable to each sport and market type, which are published in the apkox sportsbook rules section.

The following general sports betting conditions apply across all apkox sportsbook markets:

• Bets accepted by the apkox platform prior to the commencement of an event are binding. Bets placed after an event has begun are accepted at apkox's sole discretion under in-play betting rules.
• In the event of an event postponement, cancellation, or abandonment, bets will be settled according to the specific sport's betting rules. In general, bets on postponed events are voided and stakes returned unless the event is rescheduled and completed within a defined window.
• apkox reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously erroneous price resulting from a palpable error in odds compilation. The player will be notified and the stake returned to their PKR wallet.
• Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits apply to all sportsbook markets. These limits are displayed in the bet slip at the time of bet placement and may vary by sport, market, and player account tier.
• Suspicious betting patterns, including patterns consistent with match-fixing, insider information, or coordinated bet placement, will be investigated. apkox reserves the right to withhold payment of winnings pending investigation and to void bets found to have been placed with knowledge of manipulated outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the apkox platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals frozen, and all balances subject to forfeiture pending investigation:

• Opening or operating more than one apkox account, whether in your own name or using another person's identity or details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or play casino games on the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in platform code to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a platform error are void.
• Colluding with other players in live poker, live casino games, or sportsbook betting to manipulate outcomes or share information for mutual advantage.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks against legitimate apkox deposits with the intention of retaining both the deposited funds and any winnings derived from them.
• Using the platform to launder money or to process funds derived from any unlawful activity.
• Providing false identity documentation or misrepresenting your age, identity, or residential location during the account registration or verification process.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other technology designed to disguise your true location.

apkox is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all platform products. Gaming on the apkox platform is intended as a form of entertainment. If at any point gaming ceases to be entertaining and begins to feel compulsive, distressing, or financially damaging, we strongly encourage you to use the responsible gaming tools available in your apkox account settings.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered apkox players and can be activated directly from your account settings without the need to contact support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit to your PKR wallet. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold over a defined period. Once the threshold is reached, real-money wagering is suspended until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Set notifications to alert you when you have been active on the platform for a specified duration.
• Reality Check: Receive periodic on-screen summaries of your current session duration, net wagering result, and total time spent on the platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of the request and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible.

Players on self-exclusion must not attempt to open new apkox accounts during the exclusion period. Any accounts opened in breach of a self-exclusion will be closed and any balances returned to the registered payment method. You may request the closure of your apkox account at any time by contacting player support via the in-platform live chat. Upon account closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your PKR wallet will be returned to your verified payment method within the standard withdrawal processing time frame, provided all verification requirements have been met and no outstanding investigation is pending.

apkox reserves the right to close or suspend any player account at any time without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• The account has been used for any activity that apkox reasonably suspects constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful activity.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require the closure of the account.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

Where an account is closed by apkox due to a breach of these terms, Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds are forfeited. Real Money Balances are returned only where the breach does not involve fraud, money laundering, or misrepresentation of identity.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, apkox shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from or in connection with the use of or inability to use the apkox platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

apkox does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or entirely secure at all times. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Planned maintenance windows and unplanned technical outages may result in temporary unavailability of platform services.

• apkox is not liable for any losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or network outages on the player's side.
• apkox is not liable for any tax liability a player incurs in connection with winnings received from the platform. Players are solely responsible for their own tax obligations under applicable law.
• In the event that apkox is found liable to a player under any circumstances, the maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total deposits made by the player to their apkox account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

apkox collects, processes, and stores player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the apkox Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during account registration and verification — including CNIC copies, mobile numbers, email addresses, and payment method details — is used for identity verification, fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, player support, and the delivery of platform services. apkox does not sell player personal data to third-party marketing organisations.

apkox reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, apkox will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or via an in-platform notification prior to the amendments taking effect. The effective date displayed at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the apkox platform following the effective date of any revised Terms and Conditions constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure prior to the effective date of the revision.

The apkox platform is operated in accordance with internationally recognised online gaming standards covering player fund protection, fair play, responsible gaming, and data security. All gaming and betting products offered on the platform comply with the operational requirements of the relevant international gaming standards framework under which the platform operates.

In the event of a dispute between you and apkox regarding any aspect of your account, a bet settlement, a bonus calculation, or any other platform matter, the following dispute resolution process applies:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your dispute to the apkox player support team via in-platform live chat. The support team will investigate and respond within 72 hours.
• Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If you are unsatisfied with the support team's response, you may submit a formal written complaint to [email protected]. Formal complaints will be reviewed and responded to within 14 working days.
• Step 3 — Escalation: Where a formal complaint remains unresolved to your satisfaction after the Step 2 response, the matter may be escalated to the applicable dispute resolution body under the gaming standards framework governing the platform's operation.
